1. Structural requirement in mounting and explanatory drawings
2. Mounting specification
(1)According to structural drawings, keep the overall size accurate, execute accurately, take care of the clearance between the glass.
(2)Without regard to the material of the framework, it is necessary to take measures to prevent from moisture and keep isolated in metallic framework, so as to ensure the electrode leads in upper end and lower end do not short out.
(3)No polishing or other treatments at the periphery of the glass.
(4)Take into account maintenance and replacement of the glass in framework design.
(5)Dimensions of the glass meet user’s requirements and contractual stipulation.
(6)The connections between the glass, control enclosure and switch refer to wiring diagrams.
(7)Input voltage of the control enclosure is 50Hz(60Hz), 220V alternating current, output voltage is 50Hz, 75V-100V alternating current.
(8)Outline dimension of the control enclosure: 280×230×100mm(length×width×height).
(9)The control enclosure should be mounted at the location that be hidden and convenient to maintain.
(10)Draw out lead wires from the both ends of the glass, keep the soldering points insulated. The length of the lead wires can be changed as needed. The power of electric iron should be not more than 45W, and welding time should not exceed 3 seconds to avoid the electrodes wearoff.
(11)Mount, adjust, and orientate the glass.
(12)Connect the lead wires of the glass with the control enclosure, electrify the monolithic glass first, then electrify the whole glass.
(13)At last, seal the clearances with special glass cement provided by Nanjing Zhixian Corporation, fasten the periphery of the glass with rubber strips or battens, strictly prohibit using glass cement purchased of itself to fasten the glass.
3. debugging specification
(1)All the debugging operations should be done by skilled person of Nanjing Zhixian Corporation.
(2)Debugging demand that when all connections connected correctly, switch or telecontroller working properly as required, adjusting-light glass should be transparent when turn-on, nontransparent when turn-off.
